Bethan’s work featured on Arts Thread from week one of New Designers

ARTS THREAD has been catching up with print designers in the textiles, fashion and accessories section of New Designers 2014 Part 1.
Bethan Mitchell is a Print Designer from Bath Spa University. She uses her personal experiences and feelings to influence her work. Her current collection is a series of signal flags. She works from raw feelings and emotions and then builds these into designs that are more commercially accessible. Her aim is that the honesty of her experiences will show through in all her pieces and there is a great element of storytelling and sharing.
