Each year we have students who have a wonderful eye for styling and display.
Hannah particularly excelled at her end of year show and presented the colourful,creative silk scarves, she designed and made beautifully, with great aplomb.
Using this talent Hannah has worked hard and is developing a career in which she is so happy and inspired.

Currently preparing for what’s called the Model Store competition. We compete against the rest of the stores on the Southwest region for best store.
Visual makes up a lot of how the store is seen so the pressure is always on to go bigger and better than last time round.
Currently the trend for menswear floor is the smart/casual layered effect, incorporating textured fabrics and our colour focus which is hues of burgundy and wine. This will be on display for approximately 3 – 4 weeks, until we start to set up Christmas.
Womenswear hotspot. 70’s Boho Chic is the trend and we’ve added the fur gillets to layer up the outfits.
This is currently in situ but will soon be changing due to the stock selling out. This front hot spot changes according to stock levels so it can change constantly.
The back to uni hot spots have been in situ for the last 3 weeks.
I’ve incorporated the debenhams own range which has a lower price point for all the products. From the bedding to the saucepans, the aim is to present the customer with the options of all that may be required for university life.
These will both change this week before model store deadline in order to showcase our new AW/15 home ranges.
